The tables display a breakdown of Account Representatives and Ops. Doc Representatives, along with their corresponding upcoming shipments.
Expand or collapse the list by clicking on the small arrow next to each name to see further breakdowns. This allows you to dive deeper into more specific data.
Fin Doc Rep. and Pricing Rep. Tables:
Similarly, these tables show Financial Documentation Representatives and Pricing Representatives, each with their number of upcoming shipments.
Use the totals at the bottom to quickly assess overall workload distribution.
The pie charts visualize the data displayed in the tables above. They give a quick glance at the percentage distribution of shipments by representative.
Account Rep.: Shows the proportion of shipments handled by each account representative.
Ops Doc Rep., Fin Doc Rep., Pricing Rep.: Similarly, these charts give an overview of how shipments are distributed across these different roles.
Hovering over a segment of the pie chart allows users to see exact percentages, providing quick insights into which representative or department is handling more or fewer shipments.
The Total row at the bottom of each table provides a quick sum of the upcoming shipments in that category (e.g., 920 shipments in total).
This helps in overall workload assessment and understanding team performance in terms of shipment handling.
Filtering for Specific Insights: Use the filters at the top to drill down into the specific data you need. For example, selecting a specific Ops Doc Rep will update the entire report to show only data related to that representative.
Comparing Workload Distribution: By looking at the tables and pie charts, you can compare how shipments are distributed among different representatives. This can help identify who may be overloaded or underloaded with shipments.
